Harford Safety Management Inc. is a safety consulting service company that offers technical advice to businesses in the transportation industry regarding compliance with Federal and State Department of Transportation regulations.

Harford Safety Management, Inc. was established in 2001 by Larry K. Bayliss to assist trucking companies in developing and maintaining comprehensive safety programs. Larry is a former U. S. DOT, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Special Agent and Maryland State Motor Carrier Inspector with over 15 years of public safety experience. While employed with the FMCSA, he saw many motor carriers receive less than satisfactory safety ratings and thousands of dollars in fines because companies did not have a complete understanding and knowledge of the Federal and State safety regulations. There were many occasions when carrier officials would ask, “Where can we get help?” Harford Safety Management, Inc. was established to be the answer to that question.

We are located just north of Baltimore in Bel Air, Maryland and provide services to our clients located throughout Maryland, Delaware, and southeastern Pennsylvania.
